Order Cancellation
Before Number Activation
You may cancel your order within 24 hours of purchase or before the SIM activation process begins, whichever comes first. To cancel, contact us immediately at cancel@vipnumberchoice.com or call +91 9988666681.
After Activation
Once the VIP number has been activated or the SIM card has been dispatched, cancellations are not permitted. However, you may be eligible for a refund under our return policy below.
Note: Custom or special request orders (numbers sourced specifically per your requirements) cannot be cancelled once the procurement process has begun.
Refund Policy
Eligibility for Refunds
- The VIP number delivered does not match the number ordered
- The number is found to be already in use or non-functional upon activation
- Technical issues prevent activation of the number (carrier-related problems)
- Delayed delivery beyond 15 business days from the promised date (unless due to carrier delays)
Non-Refundable Cases
- Change of mind after successful activation
- Issues arising from incorrect documentation provided by the customer
- Rejection by telecom operator due to failed KYC verification
- Numbers purchased during special promotions or flash sales (marked as non-refundable)
- Partial usage of the number or SIM card
Refund Process
- Submit refund request to refund@vipnumberchoice.com within 7 days of delivery
- Include order ID, reason for refund, and supporting documentation/photos if applicable
- Our team will review and respond within 3-5 business days
- Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days to the original payment method
Refund Timeline: Once approved, refunds typically reflect in your account within 7-10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
Return Policy
Due to the nature of mobile numbers and SIM cards, physical returns are generally not accepted. However, if you receive a defective or incorrect SIM card, you must report it within 48 hours of delivery.
We will arrange for a replacement SIM to be sent at no additional cost, or provide a full refund if replacement is not possible.
Chargebacks & Disputes
We encourage customers to contact us directly for any billing issues before initiating a chargeback with their bank. Unauthorized chargebacks may result in account suspension and additional fees.
